Begin in Paris and return there after a relaxed 3–day spin through France’s classics. You’ll explore the Loire Valley’s showstoppers – Chambord’s ingenious staircase, Amboise with Leonardo’s legacy, and elegant Chenonceau spanning the River Cher – then overnight by Mont–Saint–Michel. Next day brings the abbey’s soaring views before a powerful D–Day journey at Pointe du Hoc, Omaha Beach, the Normandy American Cemetery and Arromanches. Round things off via the Caen Memorial, a Calvados tasting, pretty Honfleur and historic Rouen.
