It stores all your travel documents, provides real-time flight and transfer updates, and allows direct chat with our team while travelling - at any time!

What does the Concierge team do?

After you book, our team will check in to confirm your preferences (flight seats, meals, transfers, etc.), help with the downloading and navigating the App if required, and ensure everything is in order before you leave - allowing for a smooth, and stress-free experience. They assist to ensure that all documentation is loaded on your App.
