Client Responsibilities

- Arriving at departure points on time
- Reviewing all booking confirmations for accuracy
Limitations of Liability
Travellers Lounge acts as an agent for various travel suppliers. Our liability is limited as follows:
- We are not liable for supplier failures or cancellations
- We do not guarantee the quality of third-party services
- Our liability is limited to our service fees paid
- We are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage during travel
- Force majeure events are beyond our control and responsibility
Travel Documents and Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary travel documents:
- Valid passports with at least 6 months validity
- Appropriate visas for your destination
- Vaccination certificates where required
